La presente Informativa descrive come codUChat raccoglie e tratta i dati personali. L'Applicazione utilizza la piattaforma Google Firebase per la gestione del servizio.
1. Dati raccolti e modalità Raccogliamo solo i dati strettamente necessari al funzionamento della chat:
• Dati di Identificazione: Indirizzo email fornito in fase di registrazione e un ID utente univoco generato dal sistema (UID).
• Contenuti della Chat: I messaggi di testo inviati tra gli utenti (es. "lastMessageText") vengono salvati sul database Firebase per permetterne la ricezione e la sincronizzazione.
• Dati Tecnici e Metadati: Per ogni messaggio, il sistema registra automaticamente l'orario di invio (timestamp), l'identificativo del mittente (senderID) e lo stato di lettura (unreadCounts).
• Notifiche Push: Viene utilizzato un token tecnico del dispositivo per l'invio delle notifiche di nuovi messaggi.
Nota: L'Applicazione NON accede alla tua rubrica telefonica, alla tua posizione GPS o ad altri dati sensibili non strettamente legati alla messaggistica.
2. Finalità del trattamento I dati vengono utilizzati per:
• Fornire il servizio di messaggistica istantanea.
• Consentire la moderazione e la sicurezza tramite il sistema di segnalazioni integrato ("reports").
• Gestire le notifiche in tempo reale.
3. Sicurezza e Criptazione
• In transito: Tutti i dati sono criptati durante il trasferimento dal dispositivo ai server tramite protocollo HTTPS/TLS.
• Archiviazione: I dati sono ospitati sui server di Google Firebase (Località database: eur3 - Europa), protetti da misure di sicurezza avanzate di Google.
4. Gestione dei contenuti e Segnalazioni In conformità con le linee guida Apple per i contenuti generati dagli utenti (UGC), l'app include strumenti per segnalare contenuti inappropriati ("reports"). Tali segnalazioni vengono verificate dall'amministratore per garantire una community sicura.
5. Cancellazione dei dati Gli utenti possono richiedere la cancellazione totale del proprio account e di tutti i messaggi associati direttamente dalle impostazioni dell'app o contattando l'assistenza.

This Privacy Policy describes how codUchat ("we", "our") collects and processes personal data. The Application uses the Google Firebase platform for service management.
1. Data Collected and Methods We collect only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the chat:
• Identification Data: Email address provided during registration and a unique user ID generated by the system (UID).
• Chat Content: Text messages sent between users (e.g., "lastMessageText") are saved on the Firebase database to enable delivery and synchronization.
• Technical Data and Metadata: For each message, the system automatically records the time of sending (timestamp), the sender's identifier (senderID), and the read status (unreadCounts).
• Push Notifications: A technical device token is used to send notifications for new messages. Note: The Application does NOT access your phone contacts, your GPS location, or any other sensitive data not strictly related to messaging.

• Manage real-time notifications.
3. Security and Encryption
• In Transit: All data is encrypted during transfer from the device to the servers via HTTPS/TLS protocol.
• Storage: Data is hosted on Google Firebase servers (Database location: eur3 - Europe), protected by Google's advanced security measures.
4. Content Management and Reporting In compliance with Apple's guidelines for User-Generated Content (UGC), the app includes tools to report inappropriate content ("reports"). Such reports are verified by the administrator to ensure a safe community. 5. Data Deletion Users may request the total deletion of their account and all associated messages directly from the app settings or by contacting support.
